Tasks

• You are responsible for setting up the operational planning and reporting system and are interested in further developing the processes in accounting / controlling
• Active support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• You will prepare, monitor and analyse calculations, product prices, costs and budgeting
• Forecasting, controlling and reporting as well as deriving recommendations for action from these are essential components of your work
• The creation of reports and dashboards on your own responsibility is also part of your duties
• Supervision of intercompany settlements
• You will be actively involved in company-wide special projects on the topic of digitalisation and process improvement

Profile

• Successfully completed business studies or commercial qualification with further training to the level of accountant (IHK)
• Professional experience in controlling / accounting, budget planning and data analysis
• High IT affinity, especially in Excel and experience with a business intelligence tool and SAP are desirable
• Analysing complex issues, quickly familiarising yourself with changing tasks and developing solutions
• You enjoy the continuous optimisation of business processes and digitalisation of processes as well as data analysis
• Structured, proactive and independent way of working, as well as professional setting of the right priorities
• Strong communication skills and a personality that positions you as a competent internal contact person (m/f/d) at all levels
• Very good knowledge of German and English
